Panic Attack Symptoms

Panic attacks begin with a feeling of intense fear in which at least four of the following symptoms are present. They develop quickly and without warning, reaching a peak within 10 short minutes:

    * Intense and clear panic
    * Palpitations
    * Sweating
    * Trembling
    * Muscle tension
    * Blurry vision
    * Severe sensation of shortness of breath
    * Feeling of not been able to bread
    * Feeling uneasy and uncomfortable 
    * Intense chest pain
    * Nausea
    * Dizziness
    * Fear of going insane
    * Sense of imminent death
    * A tingling sensations
    * Chills or hot flashes going trough the entire body
    * Complete Weakness in the knees
    * Feeling that time is going by extremely slowly
    * Confusion
    * Tunnel vision
    * Blank mind
    * Feeling that time is going by extremely slowly
    * Feeling the need to escape
    * Feeling of warmth inside, expanding from within
    * Head pressure
